Baltimore row home - neighbor fire spread to our house

Living in a row home has its risks. Neighbors house caught fire and it spread to ours. Both insurance companies are now arguing about whos responsible for what damage.

Does Maryland have any laws about how this works? Were stuck in the middle while they fight. Weve been out of our home for 2 months and running out of ALE coverage.
