progressive routed my 2024 Audi Q5 collision repair through their preferred body shop and they want to install LKQ aftermarket bumper cover, headlight assemblies, and front fender on a 4-month-old vehicle still under manufacturer warranty. i pushed back and asked for OEM parts and the carrier is refusing. do i have a right to demand OEM parts on a first-party collision claim in 2026 and what is the actual play here?
