Insurance adjuster ghosting me - how to escalate?
Filed a claim 3 weeks ago for theft from my car. Adjuster was assigned, we talked once, she said she'd follow up.
Since then: NOTHING. I've called 5 times, left messages, sent emails. No response. When I call the main number they just say "your adjuster will contact you."
What can I do? Is there someone above the adjuster I can contact? Can I file a complaint somewhere?
I just want my claim processed. This shouldn't be this hard.
