Condo association vs my insurance - who covers what?

Pipe burst inside the wall of my condo unit. My HOA says their master policy covers the building structure but not the interior damage to my unit. My insurance says the pipe is the buildings responsibility so they wont cover it either.

Both are pointing fingers at each other and meanwhile I have water damage in my kitchen and bathroom. Who is actually responsible? Im in Florida.
