Connecticut shore flood insurance question after Ida

We bought a house near the shoreline in CT and Im trying to understand flood insurance. FEMA maps show were in Zone AE but our elevation certificate shows were actually above the base flood elevation.

Does this affect our rates? The quotes Im getting are all over the place - from $2k to $8k per year. Also heard theres some Connecticut specific program for coastal properties?
