Filing complaint with Delaware Insurance Commissioner worked

Wanted to share that filing a complaint with the Delaware Department of Insurance actually got results. My insurer was dragging on a water damage claim for 4 months with no resolution.

Filed online complaint, got a response within 2 weeks, and suddenly my insurance company wanted to settle. Not saying itll work for everyone but Delaware seems to actually follow up on complaints. The process was pretty straightforward too.
