Insurance companies are the worst

Been paying premiums for 15 years. Never filed a claim. Finally need to use my insurance and they deny it for some technicality in the policy language.

Whats even the point of having insurance if they look for any excuse not to pay? Rant over but seriously so frustrated right now.
