Oklahoma tornado alley - best insurance strategy?

We moved to Oklahoma knowing about tornadoes but the insurance reality is hitting hard. Quotes are expensive and everyone wants percentage deductibles for wind.

What are Oklahoma residents doing? Is there a state wind pool or anything? Also seeing some policies that exclude hail cosmetic damage - seems like itd be hard to prove hail damage ISNT cosmetic.
