PIP benefits exhausted but still need treatment

Was in an accident 6 months ago. My PIP benefits just ran out but I still need physical therapy. Insurance says too bad, benefits are exhausted.

Do i have any options here? Can I go after the at-fault drivers insurance for continued treatment?
