Tornado took our barn - farm insurance is different

Tornado came through and took our barn and equipment shed. Learning that farm insurance is a whole different thing than regular homeowners.

Does anyone know if Nebraska has any specific farm insurance regulations? My claim is being handled so differently than our house would be. The outbuildings are being valued at actual cash value which is basically nothing for 30 year old structures.
