What I learned from my long-term disability nightmare

Just finished dealing with a long-term disability claim that dragged on way longer than it should have. Posting what I wish I knew going in.

First off, take video of everything before you touch anything. I cleaned up some stuff thinking I was being helpful and they used it against me.

Second, get your own estimate. Their adjuster is working for them, not you.
