Adjuster says hail damage is just normal wear and tear

We had a major hailstorm last month. Multiple neighbors got their roofs replaced through insurance. Our adjuster says our damage is just "age-related wear" even though we have the same roof age as our neighbor.

Should i request a reinspection or go straight to getting my own estimate?
