My adjuster ghosted me. Just completely disappeared.

Filed a claim 6 weeks ago. Adjuster came out, took photos, said hed have an estimate within a week. That was the last I heard from him.

Ive called 14 times. Left voicemails. Sent emails. Called the main line and asked to be transferred. Nothing. Nobody can tell me whats happening with my claim. His supervisor supposedly doesnt have a direct line.

Meanwhile I have a tarp on my roof and its supposed to rain next week. This is absolutely unacceptable. How is this legal? They took my premium payments for 8 years without missing a beat but when I actually need them they vanish.
